We have our speed boat representative who can help our guests at the airport to guide them to the speedboat. In case if there is something after the arrival, Please visit the counter number D11 at the airport. Our guests can also call at 7799501 or 7783518 from the airport information counter to ask about the speed boat.

We have scheduled speed boat transfer every day from the airport departing at about 10:30am and at about 16:00. (9:30am on Fridays). Our guests can take the Coral boat which will arrive at the jetty, near to smoking hut, outside the airport terminal. Ticket price would be USD 50 per adult per way, and USD 25 per child (2 to 10yrs). Below 2yrs free. Please inform us the arrival information to the airport so that we can make sure place is reserved for our guest in the speed boat.

Our staff will be waiting at the Ukulhas Ferry terminal to receive and welcome to our guests upon arrival. Please inform us the arrival time so that we can make sure our staff know the correct time. After the guest arrival, our staff will help with the luggage and then our guests will be taken to the hotel which is about 5 minutes walk.

Guests are welcomed with drinks and information will be provided about breakfast or other meal plan. A briefing about the island, about the beach and restaurants together with information about activities will also be explained. Guests can ask for information during this time, it is better to clear every thing quickly and to be comfortable with the holiday.

We complete the registration for new guests just after the arrival to hotel. The passport copy will be collected and there will be a Guest registration card to fill for the information required by the government. The passport will be returned to our guests just after the scanning.

Good WiFi will be available to all our rooms and inside all area around the premises for our guests' comfort. Our WiFi would be reliable for those guests who need to keep a in touch with their work or who are working while traveling. Our guests can keep connection with their family and friends with our Free WiFi and also can watch YouTube video for their entertainment. Use the password "Guest123"

Clear and Filtered drinking water will be available for our guests inside the lobby for refilling to the water bottles provided in the room. Water is stored in clear glass Jars to calm it down for good condition. We provide a glass bottle to each of our guest to keep with them for drinking water. The carrying basket also will help to hold the water bottle when taking it for refilling or while going to the beach.

A Water Boiler will be available for our guests in the room, to make hot water. Our guests can prepare their own tea or coffee in their room to drink through out the time. The water boiler can be connected to the power inside the room from the power outlet available near to the shelves.

A minibar will be available for our guests in their room to keep the food and drinks for their use while their stay. We also provide a small knife and a plate to cut and keep fruits when ever our guests request. The minibar will not have food or drinks inside, the guests will have to buy their own food items for them.

We provide a mini safe in all our rooms for our guests to keep their valuables. The safe can be reset with the desired number by pressing the small button (behind the safe door) using a pen or any object like that followed by the desired number and then the # key. To open, the just need to insert the number then press the # key.

At SeaLaVie, we have a Therapist for providing massage service to our guests. For a relax holiday it would be an important activity to take to have a relax time to heal the muscle and release the tension.

We have fresh water for shower with hot or cold option. Fresh supply supply water is connected to our shower and wash basin to provide clean and healthy water for our guests. The supply water is provided from the desalination plant in Ukulhas water supply center.

We provide all the towels our guests may need to make comfortable their stay. Each guest gets a small face towel, a hand towel, a bath towel and also a big beach towel. It may not be necessary to bring any towel when coming to stay in SeaLaVie, instead can have more space in their luggage for other things.
